Below is a before picture of a duplex we painted.  To the right is the after pictures.  The new colors help brighten the place, while the trim and door colors add interesting architectural features. 

Our painting process is a two coat application, with back brushing or rolling between coats.  To the right is a four unit condo we painted in Sellwood.
